Saffron communal goons are threatening the Hindu community by pretending to be Muslims.
A bomb threat to bomb the upcoming Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj (Allahabad) created a sensation. The person who made the threat had given his name as Nasir Pathan and when the police investigated and caught him from Bhawanipur in Bihar, he revealed his real name as Ayush Jaiswal and said that he had used the name Nasir Pathan to make the threat online. The English newspaper ‘The Hindu’ had published a report in June 2024 that an Agra court had sent Dhirendra Raghav to judicial custody, who had made a video in which he insulted the Hindu community by dressing up as a Muslim and calling himself a terrorist. In January 2024, the police arrested two youths from Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Tahar Singh and Om Prakash Mishra, who had threatened to blow up the Ram temple in Ayodhya and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with a bomb in a post they posted in November 2023. They used the email IDs of Alam Ansari Khan and Zubair Khan to post on ‘X’. In November 2024, a video showing three people in saffron clothes went viral, in which some people are seen asking questions to test their knowledge of Hinduism. They are telling them to recite at least one shloka in Sanskrit, otherwise they will not let them go. One said that they worship Bholenath. Challenging this, a man said that if you know the name of only one god, then how can you be a true sadhu. The crowd surrounding them can be heard calling them Bangladeshis and Rohingyas and saying they would beat them up. One of those surrounded gave his name as Salman. After this, Op India and Zee24 reported that Salman and his companions were begging in saffron clothes. They could neither recite any shloka nor could they properly name Hindu gods and goddesses. Sudarshan News Channel tweeted a video saying that in Surat, Gujarat, jihadi Salman and his gang were begging as sadhus. All three have been arrested. RSS magazine ‘Panchjanya’ also tweeted, Muslims caught in the guise of sadhus! If you want to become sadhus, why don’t you become Hindus?
