Agra court issues notice to Kangana Ranaut again to appear on December 12 for obscene remarks against farmers

Agra MP MLA Special Court Judge Anuj Kumar Singh has given another chance to BJP MP and film actress Kangana Ranaut from Mandi area of Himachal Pradesh to present her side on the obscene remarks made against farmers. Notices have been sent to both Kangana’s addresses and asked to appear in the court on December 12. The court has said in the notice that this petition has been filed by the plaintiff Ramashankar Sharma Advocate. Kangana’s statement is necessary in this matter. Kangana has been sent a notice earlier in which Kangana was directed on November 28 to present her side in the court in person or through a lawyer, but Kangana did not appear in the court and her lawyer also did not come to the court. After this, the court has sent another notice. Kangana has been directed to appear in the court on December 12. The court has also said that if she does not appear in the court on the specified time and date or does not present her side, then action will be taken as per the rules. It is worth mentioning that on September 11, 2024, a case was presented in the court of Anuj Kumar Singh that Kangana had made obscene remarks against farmers protesting against black laws from August 2020 to December 2021 and said that murders and rapes were happening there. If the leadership of the country had not been strong at that time, a situation like Bangladesh would have arisen in the country. Along with this, Sharma also mentioned the comment made by Kangana about the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in her case, in which Kangana had said that slapping on the cheek gives beggars, not freedom. Kangana had said that real freedom was achieved in 2014 when the Narendra Modi government came to power. Thus, Ramashankar Sharma has filed a case against Kangana under sections of sedition and insult in his lawsuit.
