Students and staff of Guru Harkrishan Public Schools run by Delhi Committee paid tribute to Mata Gujri and the younger Sahibzadas.


Students and staff of 13 Guru Harkrishan Public Schools running under the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee set a new record by paying homage to Mata Gujri Ji and the younger Sahibzadas simultaneously.

Giving information about this, Delhi Gurdwara Committee President Sardar Harmeet Singh Kalka, General Secretary Sardar Jagdeep Singh Kahlon and Dharam Prachar Committee Head Sardar Jaspreet Singh Karamsar said that this program was held simultaneously in all the schools at 11.00 am, in which committee member Sardar Parvinder Singh Lucky was made the in-charge.

They said that the students and staff of all the schools sang the Shabad ‘Vata Langiyaan Te Rasta Pahar Da’ simultaneously. They said that the purpose of this program was to make the students aware of the rich history of the martyrdom of the Sahibzadas and to instill a sense of inspiration, enthusiasm, courage, courage and bravery in the students.

They said that this program has proved to be very successful which is the first time in the history of Delhi Gurdwara Committee and Guru Harkrishan Public Schools. He said that such efforts will be continued in the future as well.
