Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar thanks Shiromani Committee for the resolution against Amit Shah in the budget session

In the past few days, the Home Minister of India, Amit Shah, had spoken abusive words about Sri Guru Granth Sahib and Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale in the Rajya Sabha, a complaint of which was given to the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee by the Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar in the past few days, considering which the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee has condemned it by passing a resolution against Amit Shah in the budget session. In particular, after thanking the Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar President Simranjit Singh Mann, while talking to the media, said that today, while we are thanking the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, we have put forward four demands before the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee today. He said that the Jathedar Sahib is also appointed under the elections of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, after 1947, elections have been held only in 1979, 1996, 2004 and 2011. Whereas the Act demands Sangat voting after every five years. It is a rule of general democracy that service is entrusted only at the behest of the Sangat. Many of the problems facing the Sikh community on various occasions can be resolved through continuous elections, which is why we have requested to raise our voice for the restoration of democracy. Regarding the next demand, he said that 40 years after the attack on Sri Darbar Sahib in 1984, the Sikh community is living under the oppression of Sikh massacre and heinous laws. Guru Nanak Patshah had raised his voice against oppression under the Babar Bani. It is requested of you that this time on June 6, keeping in mind the pitiful conditions of the Sikhs, a large-scale gathering should be held to enlighten India about the feelings of the Sikhs and the reality of Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale’s words that the attack on Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib will be the foundation stone of Khalistan should be revealed. He said that where the Indian policy of the Naijaz massacre of Sikhs in 1947, 1978 and 1984, Bhai Jaswant Singh Khalra’s investigation of 25 thousand unclaimed bodies and putting them before the people and in the past days the RSS, BJP and the government had campaigned on the issue of illegal killings in the elections. The governments of America and Canada have registered a case and the Prime Minister’s Office, Home Minister Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Jaishankar Ajit Doval, Chief of RAW, Vikas Yadav, Ambassador of America and Canada have disclosed this, this case becomes evidence. In foreign countries, Avtar Singh Khanda, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripduman Singh Malik, Sakhdul Singh and many Sikhs in Pakistan and Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana, Sidhu Musewala in Punjab, and Garpreet Singh Hari Nau have been martyred.

The Shiromani Committee should also take a resolution on this serious matter. He said that the poisonous water leaking from the Bhagats’ dump is going into the five holy tanks of Amritsar. Due to this, the sanctity of the holy tanks created by Guru Sahib is not being restored and there is a fear of harm to the health and lives of the devotees who drink water in the tanks. Along with this, the poisonous gases coming out of the Bhagats’ dump along with the air are damaging the gold, silver, stones and the beautiful environment installed at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib. The Shiromani Committee should also consider this and raise its voice about this.
On this occasion, Executive President Iman Singh Mann, General Secretary Upkar Singh Sandhu, General Secretary Harpal Singh Baler, Amrik Singh Nangal, Jasbir Singh Bachre, Harjit Singh Miyapur, Harmandeep Singh Sultanwind, Shamsher Singh Singh Brar, Kulwant Singh Kotla, Ravi Sher Singh, Balwinder Singh Kala, Bibi Baljinder Kaur, Kulwant Singh Majhail, Tarlok Singh Bitta, Daljit Singh and others were present.
