During PM Modi’s visit to America, Donald Trump branded PM Modi as the murderer of Sikhs and minority communities and made efforts to get him punished under international norms and laws: Mann

“India calls itself a democratic country whose governance is to be managed by keeping in mind the values of democracy and the protection of human rights through a constitution. Rather than the rule of the jungle through dictatorial practices, the actions of a democratic country are accepted.”

This idea is shared by Mr. Simranjit Singh Mann, President, Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), strongly condemned the actions of the oppressive Modi government of India, which violates human rights, to defame the Sikhs living in foreign countries without any legal process, based on fabricated stories without facts, and to target them for illegal and inhuman killing by its agencies RAW, IB etc., and termed the jungle rule practices of the Indian rulers as extremely shameful. He said that the Sikh community is one that wants the good of all. Who was assassinated by the Indian government gang, which included Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Foreign Minister Jaishankar, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, RAW Chief Ravi Sinha and former RAW Chief Sammat Goyal, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdul Singh Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda Britain, Paramjit Singh Panjwar and Lakhbir Singh Rode Pakistan, Deep Singh Sidhu Haryana, Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Musewal and Gurpreet Singh Harino Punjab, by conspiring to murder and trying to kill American citizen Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, where the sovereignty of America and other countries was challenged, the Monroe Doctrine of international law of America was also assassinated by the rulers. Under whose international laws and regulations, this murderous gang should get due punishment in international courts.

It is also important to mention here that the Indian government and intelligence agencies are directly responsible for the deliberate crash of the Kanishka plane flying from Canada to India in 1985, killing 329 passengers on board. But by committing this crime, the rulers had made an unsuccessful attempt to defame the Sikh community and make the Sikhs a symbol of oppression. The direct evidence that this plane was crashed, in which the Indian rulers are guilty, is that two senior Indian diplomats flying from Canada to India in this flight had cancelled their flight at the very last moment because they knew that this flight was going to crash in the air. Whereas the Sikh community had nothing to do with this international crime. Secondly, in Manipur, the rulers are directly responsible for the political gains they wanted to make by pitting the two communities against each other. Under this selfish thinking, by promoting the names of S. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and other Sikhs at the international level, these dishonest rulers, who had promised to give an independent region to the Sikh community in North India before the partition of 1947, instead of providing independence to the Sikhs, have been committing extra-legal and unconstitutional atrocities. Under this thinking, S. Jaswant Singh Khalra, who exposed the facts of fake police encounters of one and a half lakh Sikhs, was also tortured and martyred. In Kashmir, the killings of Kashmiris, Assamese, Tamils, Manipur residents, Maoists, Gorkhas were also done under this malicious thinking. This is also why India’s name has been mentioned in black letters in the international human rights report. Therefore, whenever Mr. Modi visits America, Mr. Donald Trump should keep the above facts in mind and take a firm stand against the murderers of the Sikh community and minority communities, Mr. Modi’s government, under international rules and laws, and fulfill his responsibility of getting them punished in international courts under international laws. Because Mr. Trump is the President of America with strong will and right decision-making and a protector of human rights. There will be nothing wrong in this if he keeps Mr. Modi in the Guantanamo refugee camp and takes further international action.
