Monty Kauchhar organized a painting competition for children to connect the bodies of the Sahibzades with the golden history of martyrdom.

Dedicated to the martyrdom of the four Sahibzades, Gurdwara Singh Sabha Rajori Garden, in order to connect the little children with their golden history, a special effort was made by Inderpreet Singh Monty, a young member and social worker of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Committee, to connect the Sangat with the Guru Ghar by organizing a Japtap ceremony. On this occasion, the children wrote 35 letters with their own hands and made pictures of the Sahibzades. The children who participated in the painting were honored with prizes. On this occasion, a program of Kirtan Darbar and Gurbani Katha was also organized in Gurdwara Sahib, in which Raagi Varinder Singh and Katha reader Giani Sukhjit Singh with Gurmat thoughts narrated the blood-soaked history of the martyrdom days and told them the importance of the martyrdom days. On this occasion, Inderpreet Singh Monty said that on the occasion of Shaheed Day, the Sangat should spend maximum time avoiding drugs and other harmful things and connect with the Guru’s praise. He said that during these days, we should avoid happy programs and follow the orders issued by the Akal Takht because these are the days when the tenth king, the universal father, had given family to the oppressed. Therefore, it is our duty to follow the path shown by him and make an effort to make our lives successful.
